Hope everyone is having a great week! We’re excited to announce the return of our Natural Deodorant! We had to temporarily discontinue this popular product for consistency issues, and we heard our customers loud and clear that they really loved the product and wanted to see it return.
The deodorant now comes in a “balm” form in a 2 ounce jar. It’s extremely effective and offers all day odor control, just like before and it still has the same great fresh “lemon tea” scent that comes solely from the natural oils we use in the product.
It is 100% free of : Petroleum and its by-products (including propylene glycol, a common wetting agent), aluminum, artificial fragrances and colors, and artificial preservatives like parabens and other toxic, formaldehyde releasing preservatives.
Why is it not in a stick form anymore?
This was a large part of the consistency issues we were having. Because we don’t use any synthetic petroleum-based wetting agents, if a batch turned out more porous/light than usual, we wouldn’t be able to use it as it wouldn’t work properly in the push up dispenser.
Also, since the product could dry out more readily in this type of dispenser, you may have found it more difficult to apply as it got near the bottom. This new packaging resolves all of that (you really can use the very last of the product with no problems accessing it), and although you might think it will be an adjustment to apply deodorant with your fingertips, I promise it becomes second nature in no time!

The two ounce container will also last a while, since you don’t need to apply to much – most people find the size of about a pea will work for them under each arm (you’ll just need to experiment to find the right amount for you, but this is a good starting point).
